q3 crashing :/

i've just swapped my q3 config to an older 1 i had on Cd which i prefer , but now my q3 crashes shit loads was wondering if theirs anything i could look for in my config which causes it to crash ? cheers for any help

Probally best to change back to your old cfg and add the cvars you like from the other one.

Or you could remove the cfg from baseq3 and then start up Quake, this will create a default q3config.cfg you can modify.

Perhaps post the cfg you are having trouble with?
