PvP server closed (UsA)

From the Camelot Herald:

We have decided to retire the Andred server. It will happen in the next two months (with luck it'll be sooner rather than later). We will be offering all Andred characters the opportunity to move to Mordred in some form or another. I don't have much in the way of details right now, or else you'd see them here We will post the whole plan of action later - I'm posting today only to explain why Andred is not allowing a house purchase. Thanks for all the feedback and suggestions on this issue, everyone.

They've been wanting to merge the 'dreds for months now. I hope that it works out for them all.

The players on Andred/Mordred decided this for Mythic long ago, with the majority of players on Andred rerolling on Mordred.

Camlann sucks - reason? The only guilds on their are French/German/Scandinavian, of these languages i speak none of them, and all the english speaking folk i meet are rare and usually PKers or arseholes <shrugs>

Not tarring all english speaking people with this brush, but my luck has obviously been bad. Someone suggested starting an english speaking guild, which would be fun, but without actually having a good group there and getting to a reasonable level, its just another PvE server, with the added danger of being sliced by other players

Binky TheHappinessTroll (12th sham) has had his fair share of crap luck, of which i've "cry'd more" on several occaisons, but purples appearing and attacking me screaming "GIVF 10g OR DIE!!!!", when i've not actually managed to gather myself enough for full studded armor, let alone 10g, kinda leaves me thinking it's not worth the effort...

bullshit tbh, i have played there for the past 3 months and i have never seen or heard anything like this happen to anyone else and even if it happened dont you think i have been chained by purples because i killed their alts, you just have to fight on, if you show that you are defeated they are gonna kill you more and more... a lvl 40 sb killed me about 40-50 times a day for 3-4 days because i killed his alt a few times, but i never gave up i just told him that i would play there whatever he did or said.
To make a long story short PvP is for people that doesnt give up fast.

Edit: Guild is a bad thing on pvp as others will kill you for something you havent done even if you are grey, so i choosed to go solo.

N00b, sadly i have spent so much on healing my poor little troll fella, i have to spend the 2 or 3 hours training on there raising the cash to pay the healer, then will inevitably die from a standard mob or something, but your comment of "bullshit" just shows your embarrasing lack of english skills, tbh. As i said, i must've just been unlucky, as this has happened to me at least 7 or 8 times since i started this shammie. If you want to go debate what other people are actually doing and what they think they are doing, then go get a nice little cottage somewhere like the Congo and do it there

you die 2-3 times and goes to BW to whine: omg pvp is teh n00b, and i say bullshit because i know your not telling the truth, if you dont want to give cash just move on, you dont hav to stay in that same area and let that particular player harass you or you just log and log in 5-10 minutes later aaaaand if he is purple you dont loose con so why should you give him cash for nothing, he cant do anything except kill you.

PvP ain't for people who get pissed off when they get killed (me) but alot of people get the idea that it is a greif server, but i disagree. heck i've had a few people saying i could kill em for exp =D

exactly, i made som german friends, they helped me with cash, armor etc not everybody are shit there. The guy i fought most with is my best friend there right now.
But guys like Redi is just "afraid" to play there because the big scary purple players says he has to pay BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA

It doesnt mean that much to me, i just hoped i might be able to compete on the PvP server, but my luck sucks. Well, i obviously don't compare to all those other players on Camlann, who create a character, and try to fund their own way in the realms.

See, it's you uber folk that give it the bad name it has, claiming that everyone who tries it and suffers are losers and not worth the bother. You're not even listening to what i've said, so i can't be arsed with you tbh. I only ever go on there in the dead of night so i can get some peaceful hunting in, and although there are a few people who are nice folk, it doesnt change the fact that i have been ganked to bankruptcy, and i don't have the resources you put into it <shrugs> fact.

I don't have a bot, everyone i knew early on has left the PvP for the same reason i am suffering, and now it's a case of me wandering around being denied groups/there being no one of my age awake.

N00b, go out and breath fresh air, then maybe your cloudy head will clear a bit, and you'll stop being such a pissant child.

i don't even play on pvp server!?!?!? i went on for awhille and got a char to 15 and got fed up!!!

if someone of us need to go out i can easely say it is you, after 1 year and 2 months in the game i never took a char to lvl 50, i just thought you whined like a bitch and i had to stand up for the male race and bitchslap you so you wake up from your roleplaying world..
not that i got something against roleplayers but how can i be a child if you have probably played the game more then me and pretending to be some dragon slayer, please shut up your just making your self look bad, oh and i think you should get a girlfriend just for the hell of it, maybe she can help you to loose some of the tension you seem to have.
