Festival in town and i like to put together a satchel of goods for a multitude of scenarios.

I got so far;

- Over counter pain killers(dissolves in moouth so handy, 500mg)
- Some laces for tying stuff.
- Vitamin C tablets for hangovers.
- Glugose candy for low sugar situations.
- Set of bandades.
- Some snippety snip scissors.
- Bottle opener.
- Tweezers for splinters etc.
- gause(sp?), pressure style, for wounds and such.
- A flashy light type of thing.
- Antiseptic liquid.

Any ideas?

I'm not going hardcore and carry a full first aid kit with me, so an indy jones satchel is good and doesn't get lost. Just like to have stuff for own and others emergencies and/or needs.

Some rehydration salts, work wonders for hangovers and dehydration.

Ah nice, also would wok for heat problems if some peeps don't hydrate i guess?

Taken with water definately, it helps rebalance and top up the bodies electrolyte levels the lack of which which is the primary effect of dehydration. Also great after hangovers, gives your body a good blast of what it needs, I have started taking some after a heavy session and then having a glass of glucose drink like Lucozade.

Get a cigerette lighter. BUt I think you smoke so you'd have one anyway?

I have in my bag a lighter, torch, dildo. That way I am always prepared

Yeah Bahu, got a few lighters on me for smoking purposes :p

I don't need a dildo though, i carry an organic dildo with me at all times.

Though dildos can be useful in some medical situations, tighten a gause, something to bite on etc :D

Yeah a 13 inch white cock is bad enough, if it went black and grew 2 inches I am not sure I could cope!

Baby wipes/wet wipes.
Great for a quick freshen up when you can't wash properly.
They also clean stains on clothing or furnishings amazingly.

[edit] I just saw fettoken mentioned something similar. My bad for not spotting it first time around.

Well, when I last went to a festival, I took the following;

machete.jpg

Yano, just incase I needed to chop down any trees...
machinegun.gif

Incase I got attacked by a army of bears, you never know the wilderness
Flare_gun.jpg

Flare gun, ofc, just incase I got deserted
TENT-CAMO-RIDGE-MIL.jpg

Camoflage tent, just incase the local milita's came in the night and tried to kill me.
russian_throw_shovel.jpg

One of those groovay russian/chinese spades that can do anything possible.
care%20bear.gif

And of course, my carebear, just incase I got lonely at night

Though the idea was you pass out, get sunstroke, break stuff crowd surfing, freak out, get trentfoot, food posioning etc and medic tent picks up the pieces....

Suncream
Headtorches are generally better camping than flashlights
Tic remover/tweezers

i didnt even take a towel to my last festival, i took a pair of £2 sunnies, a t-shirt and a pair of shorts. And a tube of pringles actually. My gf brought a tent with her luckily.
