I know Selene doesnt have it, and hes r6l9 now saving up for ap2. Dont think hes planning on getting it either. Dont know if thats a good choice, just telling what he did

Oh and for the record he says its "overpriced" and thus wont buy it.

Dont know about champs, but as a hero I love my purge. One ability that negates any negeative status change is a nice solution to any number of problems from rez sick, killer dots/ poisons, debuffs, mezzes, roots... I would spend 10 on it.

I got Purge aswell and although 10 points seem to be a bit expensive at first, I wouldn't wanna miss it.
It really comes in handy when fighting those nasty shadeclasses or when RvR'ing in a group and the only char that has grouppurge suddenly died

dragongfang(or any style based stun), shield slam, poison, snare, root, mezz, insta stun...etc

It's saved me many times, and with it I get to at least mez in return.

Get it. Great to put the wind up skalds who think they are safe sitting down resting. Mincers too for that matter and scouts who stun then get their bow out.
