Pubs in London docklands

Does anyone live near here, and follows football?

I'm after a decent pub to watch a Utd v Bolton game while i'm staying there next week with my GF, so obviously want one where it won't be kicking off or anything.

Take the bridge over to Greenwich would be my advice, loads of decent pubs over there.

Football pub, East london, no kicking off. nah is there such a place?

tbh i dont know any places in particular maybe some of the bars in canary wharf. Near the Reuters jumbotron check them out early though just to be sure. Greenwich is easy to get to via the walkthrough tunnel or DLR.

shhh, we get too many people in greenwich spoiling the fun for us locals.

docklands is a big area too, will depend on which bit.

Wasn't greenwich a notorious gay place or something? Or is it greenwich village in the states or something...hmm...can't...start...google!
