I've sorted my problems out and its time again for a nice and friendly TG-raid for u Mids! Make sure u be there and bring all ur friends so we get enough ppl to kill every named mob in TG :)

Oh and can u sm-farmers pls stay out of TG that date? Would be nice if all the ppl that dont do focusraids get a bigger chance to win an item :) I guess its to much to ask but dosnt hurt to try...

We will kill all named that our numbers allow and of course everything else that moves for a chance of getting more items.

Meeting place is Hagall and the cg will be open 18.30 CET and we will head to TG 19.00 CET.

I want all that plan to attend this raid to read these rules carefully, and if u join the raid i will take it as that u have read them and will obey them.

Raidrules:

Listen to raidleader and do as she tells u at all times.

All exept grpleader must do /auto s and grpleaders will hand me the drops as soon as they are picked up (and if fighting all mobs are dead ofc ; ) If grpleader have to go afk pls tell me so before u do it.

If a grpleader invites ppl below lvl 45 to his/hers grp that grpleader will get -20 in the lotto.

If a raider dont listen to raidleader, run ahead of raid and pulls mobs etc that raider will be warned, if he/she repeats that behaviour he/she will be given -20 in the lotto.

If someone leaves the raid he cannot enter the lotto, nor can anyone else lotto for him/her. If LD when dead or wallbug (pls do not jump around at the walls!) send raidleader a pm and we try sort it out, i am not evil, i just wanna avoid massive loss of ppl as we need them for the hard mobs and chaos/cheating at the lotto.

Lottorules:

lvl 45+ characters can join the raid but cannot join the 2 first rounds of the lotto.

lvl 48+ characters can join all rounds of the lotto.

Lotto will take place outside Hagall. Make sure u are binded there so u dont risk to miss it.

SEERS/SUPPORTCLASSES may choose to nominate an alt instead of the char they are playing on the raid. If u choose to do so u cannot vote for the char u playing on raid in the first round of the lotto. U also have to nominate ur alt when i inform u to do so, if u do not u cannot change ur mind and nominate an alt later.

U can only vote for an item u can use urself. Also u can vote for an item u can use but has 1 stat u dont need on it, however if u do so u get a -10 modifier on ur roll. (This doesnt apply on the weaponskill + to armour or focus lvls on staffs since they will be changed later)

If u win something u are out of the lotto. If u vote for an item and loose u are out of that lottoround but can vote again next round if there is one.

First round of the lotto u may only vote for the lvl 48+ char u are playing on the raid, or in case of seers/support the char u nominated.

Second round of the lotto u can vote for the char u playing on the raid or any of ur lvl 48+ alts.

Third round of the lotto anyone can vote for anything that is left, in this round lvl 48- chars can join.

I will do a /who on anyone that wins an item. If that person is anon the item will not be handed over until anon is removed. If the winner refuses to remove anon he is out of the lotto and the person that had second highest number will get the item instead.

All Seers/support that nominate an alt MUST have the nominated char logged in Hagall before the raid starts. If a char that is allowed to vote for an alt wins an item i will ask him to log on the char he nominated before the raid and i will give the item to that char. If the winner refuse to log the nominated char to collect the item, the item will go to the person that rolled second highest number instead.

Make sure u all read these rules carefully, i will ofc answer if u have any questions or something seems unclear but i prefer not to explain the rules in their full lenght via pm's

Oh yes. Tg raid from Iri is great, so count me in with my SM lvl 50.
My only remark is that SMs need to farm cauz we need to get items for lvl 48- alts, which we cant get through raids like yours, cauz nominations are for lvl 48+. Even my healer lvl 47 cant get nominated, pretty stupid but i stick to the rules but need to get those items through other means like SM-farming!

hey i never said u sm's cant farm :) I just asked kindly not to farm just before my big raid :)

Oh, and to misloffke: the respawn timer of the mobs in TG is several hours, so if you do farm, please don't do it the same day since mobs will be missing and we might/will get a respawn of all mobs in that section that can and probably will wipe the entire raid.

Some have been known to do this deliberately in the past, to hurt the raid leader. That's just childish and will hurt everyone that attend the raid, making the farmer the disliked person, not the raid leader.

Sounds like a good rule that should be... Starting from when I get my full suit :D

Well, reasoning behind it would be that you can't even equip it without wearing the full suit so it's worthless without one.

I think it would fall under the "U can only vote for an item u can use urself" category, right?

If ppl can use the stats on the neckies they can vote for em even if they not have a full set. I see both good and bad things by doing it this way, would be sad if someone votes on em just to sell em on BW but ppl do that with alot of drops, i think it would be sad also if someone thats missing only 1 or 2 parts for a full set cant vote on em, that would be like saying only lvl 50's can vote at all coz when ppl below 50 win a great item they wont use it til they are 50.

Point is - everyone can use the stats on them, but only people with full sets can equip them.

I just know that I would be pissed if someone with a pair of gloves store it in vault for all eternity because they later cba to get the other items. You have a rule of only 48+ lotting for items, how about 4 pieces+ to roll for a queen necklace?

( just suggesting, it is your raid after all :) just trying to make it fair for everyone - especially when it comes to these rare items :) )

Well the thing is after every big raid u always see the usual BW-threads where ppl are selling the good items they won on the raid. That pisses me off just aswell as when i see ppl try to cheat infront of a whole raid. The thing is i try as much as i possibly can to see that there is no cheating and that ppl follow the rules, however there is no way i can make sure if ppl winning items are really using them. Im not gonna start to check how many TG-parts ppl have IF the queen should drop a necki. In the end u have to rely on ur luck in the lotto and hope that whoever wins the good and rare items lotto on em in the first place coz they need em.


After all, some ppl have 1 TG-part in their vault and buy 4 new same night, other ppl have almost a full set and never gets the last item just as some ppl below 50 winning items never seems to reach 50.

Lets just stick to original rule, if u can use 3 of 4 stats on an item u can vote on it and lets hope that everyone that wins something are voting on that coz they want it, not to store it in vault for eternity or sell it 5 mins after lotto is over.

Iri is right to keep rules as they are. You cannot legislate to cover every eventuality. On akymas raid, a guy who had nominated warrior won the hauberk and, as I understand, immediately sold it when he saw how much cash he could get. Alot of others who rolled for same item would not have sold it for any cash. How do you stop that?

Just because someone has four armour parts doesnt mean they wont sell, just as it doesnt mean that someone having one armour part wont save a necky until they have a full set (possibly buying parts of the people who sell).

The current system encourages people to not choose the uber items if they want to get stuff regularly rather to go for the decent stuff. If someone wants to play for six hours for a 1/10 chance of 15-20 plat well presumably they need it for something (you can farm alot of seals in 30 hours of play :p if you want guaranteed cash). Most people roll on items they want anyway.

Good call imho.

Just needing legs and crown now...and no way in hell im gonna sell my hauberk for my warrior. Even thou it can givf 100p or something...then no! Its going to fit in my next template...as well as legs and sleeves.
IF i even get a neckie...then it wouldn't be bad either to wear a full suit :)

Kinda funny to see the "he use epic...easy bait" example :-P

damn got my whole suit rdy for my healer :(

need to get new alts up to 50 :p

but i'll be there i wanne try and get a healer hauberk this time :)

Stay away from the queen necklaces! My three 50s all have full suits now and I'm looking for some neckies :)

seems GOA have some troubles here, well if they dont have excalibur up and running they way it should tomorrow we move the raid to Wedsnday instead, same place and time :)
