I have been waiting for this to happen, so every1 can see what piece of crap this guy is.
Never liked him, he's the most greedy player i have ever come across. The problem is, that he typically seems to think that he's HELPING ppl do stuff

That's a horribly shitty thing to do - post a raid, change the rules mid way and nick all the loot.

Nice bit of griefing.

Not sure if it'll fall under a "spirit of the game" thing enough for GOA to do owt about it unfortunately but I hope I'm wrong on that part.

I hope everyone in albion (on both servers) remembers these two shitheads and does everything they can to make life difficult for them (just stay within the CoC people ;))

Omg you know you've done a bad thing when you piss Flim off this much.

I think this is either the lamest thing ...or the best (and first) april fools joke of the day so far.

Its all fun and games right now because you have your CM full, waite a month or two, and lets see how much fun your having all alone. Ill make sure to inform each new group/bg/cg/guild you join what a character you are.

I really hope GoA takes action on this. These assholes needs to be removed from the game.

Really? If Broibs IS one of these guys it doesn't surprised me. He tried lying to get loot from a raid myself and Tranais ran by saying one of the people that got a high roll was his mate and said he could have his roll.

Though funnily enough the guy that had the high roll denied all knowledge of this!

These guys are gonna have a few problems doing ML10 now by the looks of it.

Right now, i hope i piss you off, that you even said it was ok that i joined is a disgrase.. how on the earth could you let all those that made this raid possible down? I know im not a greedy person, i know i wont set loot up for myself and ill be damned if i do!

I will try to inform everyone that i can about this scam, not that i care for the loot itself, not becaus i needed any of the loot, but becaus you did something to the communety i just cant make see as a ok thing to do. I am not an important person in the game, and i will never be! But i swear i will be kind to the people and NOT follow your path of doings!

I will ban you from EVERY RAID THAT IM GONNA HAVE IN THE FUTURE! I hope so damn much that GOA takes this to hand and give you the right punishment! You deserve it!

Subject
CoC violation?

Let me explain again why this is not against the CoC as such.
Firstly, our rules do not extend to agreements or understandings made between players. If there's a raid and there is an agreement that the loot will be divided a certain way then that is an arrangement between the players concerned. We cannot become involved and make someone keep a promise or honour a commitment. In this case the person involved would gain a reputation in the community and would suffer as a result of that bad reputation, this is what we mean when we say that the community must take care of actions like this, it is not possible for us to get involved in player disputes with other players unless one side has broken our rules in a material way.

With regards to your arguments about BG treasurers. This comes back to the above points. If there's an agreement or an expectation that the loot will be dealt with in a certain way, that's an agreement between the raid leader and the other players on the raid. You may not have the option to choose who becomes the treasurer but you do have the option to choose whether or not to join the BG under those conditions. I understand that in this case you had no reason to assume that the normal loot distribution methods wouldn't be followed however the point remains. Our policy regarding loot entitlement is simple. Anyone who is legitimately part of the raid and gets loot from the regular ingame loot distribution mechanisms (the random allocation or the /bg treasurer) is entitled to it and is not considered to have stolen it if they then refuse to share it with the others. Only if someone who is not part of the group or BG that legitimately earned the loot, picks the loot up is it considered theft. So in this case the BG leaders were fully entitled to dispose of any loot that came to them as they wished. Had the BG treasurer filled up and loot had once again been randomly alocated to teh groups that had loot rights, then we would also not consider those individuals to have stolen anything if they refused to hand over loot to the raid leader. These rules may be harsh but you have to understand that we cannot be responsible for keeping promises (stated or otherwise) made by players to other players.

Finally, while this behaviour is not against the CoC per se, it is in a very grey area that we look at very carefully. While this incident is not in itself punishable, a pattern of such behaviour is punishable as griefing. We take note of individuals who repeatedly engage in these questionable activities and take action against them.

That is the reply I got from GoA.
I am still pursuing the point of whether what happened was an exploit of /BG Treasurer Rules or not. I have also pointed out the threads here where many, including his own GMs state openly that he is a griefer/scammer, thief.

The discussions are still ongoing...

Flame if you must, but I am dealing with what I consider a cheat the only way I know how.. talking to The Powers That Be..

That's all for now folks.

Update when I get anything else you should know..

PS pay close attention to the official interpretation of looting, it may well save much heartache.

I think his point was "Jarvio's a griefing coxxor and has been for ages" - which could fall under the last sentence ;)
