Was a fun night, met a lot of new people. Few familiar faces from previous real life meetings. Quite a varied crowd. The function room we used was quite narrow, which was a problem, however it was fine otherwise.

Thanks to the people that bought me drinks, I owe you one! I got asked to lead a raid to a club, but had to pass . I clumsily smashed a glass when I was going to shake someone's hand. Which resulted in a cheer, as people got more drunk, the applause died out!

General hello to Piffany, Bubble, Healu, Nee, Elfthorn, Elendar, Furball, Zerach, Verush, Provender, Svartalf, Devlin, Ronarth, Speeedy, Tiwiwie, Mysteh, Zenythe, Derwent and anyone else who I spoke to.

I believe Miniwibb won the best question competition and received a box set of DAOC. The worst question which was "Where are the toilets" won a pair of boxer shorts, forgot who asked that.

Requiel and Zenythe handed out GOA mousemats and TOA T-Shirts, the mousemats were being used as beer mats though. Both representatives answered plenty of questions all night. I was interrogating Requiel regarding a lot of DAOC stuff personally.

Loads of photos were taken by various people, also camcorders were floating around. Upload them! All I can think of at present, so will leave it at that

So then... the adventures of Minikene.

I've just got back, sadly I couldn't really stay for the clubbing part, as my parking permit was limited. Sure to say though, I had a good time.

I arrived 'fashionably late'... by about 4 hours (got there at 10pm), largely because I left an hour late, then got completely lost in London. Had to pay a taxi driver to drive to my car-parking area so I could follow him. This meant I didn't see everyone that I wanted too , but never mind, it was still an enjoyable evening.

Who I met, and what I have to say about them.

Tip & Aim.
Even though they are zerglings in game (despite their best attempt to convince me otherwise this eve), they are the two of nicest people you could meet in real life. Reasonably drunk (he was offering to show his nob), but very funny (although that bit wasn't). Ringing the door bell of some random place and arguing with the security guard threatening to have him arrested was probably the funniest incident. That and accidentally ripping someones shirt, and then the same persons trousers about 60 seconds later.

Trollum
Pretty drunk when I arrived. Running around in a viking hat hitting people with a fish. Absolutely no clue what he was saying when we spoke, but I'm sure it was friendly.

Hi there Mr I've Had a Bit to Drink. Pretty drunk when I got there, drunk enough to chat up the 50 yr old bar maid, and grab her arse every time she walked past. When everyone left for the club, Latino went with me randomly walking across London... then after about 10 mins, says "Man this isn't good!". Shouts at some random man who he thinks looks like Furball, who totally isn't, this man then gets fairly aggressive. Next he tries to phone Furb and can't remember the number, then decides he is going to another bar and walks off on his own. Good luck getting home mate .

Also hi to the random guy who wrote my name down on a card saying he was going to kill me. Hi to anyone who I spoke too that I've not remembered to write down.
