Then get your IT dept to allow the sites you want for you, if they have decent ISA servers then they can allow sites just for your username linked with active directories
The problem is not from my companies side but rather the government here doesn't allow 100% free access to the web most pron for example is off limit.

BananaVPN is pretty decent; €10 per month and iPlayer etc. all work over it (you can get UK, US or several other country versions) - I believe it works in the middle east as well (I was looking at a job in Kuwait last year and I checked). Won't work for torrents though (well it will, but they'll kick you off). If you can't get access to their homepage, get someone in the UK to set it up for you and send you the config.
You could try - Proxify® anonymous proxy - surf the Web privately and securely but your government may have blocked all the known proxies.
