Help Proof Reading a CV

So I'm after a change of jobs, anything really to get out of my current one. Anyway while doing my CV I couldn't help think, 'Hey, this is kinda shit'.

Now I know quite a lot of you have been in the position of hiring people at some point, so my question is, could someone (or a few) have a look over my CV and give me some tips on how to improve it etc? Ideally I don't want to post in publicly, so if anyone wants to, could you hit me up with a message and I'll email you it?
