I just watched the e3 presentation wasnt any exclusive i would drop 500 for.
I have a ps 4 pro. So might be a bit bias but i have owned an original xbox and a couple of 360s.
I am liking the pick up and play. Not pick up downloads the latest drivers to get it to play properly. And i dont have my pc next to the tv so enjoy sitting on the couch playing.

@Raven it will 60 fps at 4k
Minecraft maybe, not anything with proper textures.
I look forward to my irritating mate who's an xbox Fanboy telling me it'll do 4k. I'll no doubt draw a blank look from him when i say "draw distances".
Noway the specs on that will do 4k at 60fps consistantly, especially in high resource demanding games.
I could play some games in 4k on my 280x... pretty sure a 580 will be able to do surprisingly well.
At 4k at 60fps always though?

How much is this new console again?
Throw an Xbox subscription and you're .. er .. nearly there.
Simplicity. A box from a shelf that works.Yup, the only real reason for console over PC is fanboyism and marketing weakness. There is not a single benefit to consoles, especially now they appear to be going down the frequent "upgrade" route. Both consoles pads work on PC, you can play PC on your TV, you can do infinitely more on PC.
Consoles, £500 every 4 years, extra cost on games, monthly subs... No thanks.
