problems with subscription

Hi All
Yesterday I purchased the full version and all exspansions.
I downloaded it all, installed it and applied my CD Key.
For some reason it keeps on saying I have not activateted TOA
So I then try to go to my account subscription and it wont read any of
the passwords given to me, I cant play and I cant even log on to my subscription account.
Can anyone help me
