Problems with quest

hi

I just finished a toa quest, and journal wants me to read the item i have. I tried everything to read it but it always say: you cant ready or discharge item.

This quest took pretty long to end, getting faction etc.... so, what can i do to solve this?

I think you need to /interact with the quest item, could be wrong though but I experienced the same thing as you some time ago with a quest.
Just try and right-click on the item and type: /interact.
