Problem

A week ago I downloaded the trial version of DAOC, and everything worked fine. But a couple of days ago I actually bought the game. So I uninstalled my previous game and installed the new one today and there was nothing wrong with the installation, patched it up and was ready to go.

I pressed the "new account" button and got redirected to this page: https://billing.goa.com So I created a new account, waited for the e-mail and clicked the link it provided and once again redirected me to https://billing.goa.com

It never once asked me to create a username or give a password. A friend of mine also said that he gets something else when he clicks on "New account" as the game starts.

I have no clue what to do really. So if anyone has some idea, I'd be really happy.

Ok that problem is solved lol ... guess I'm being impatient. Now just one question though, is it possible to go to the american servers instead of the european ones? I'm currently on the european one.

You'll have to purchase the US version to get an account on the US servers I'm afraid.

Incidentally if you live in the EU timezone wise it's generally better to play on EU servers, I played the US servers for about a year. It was ok but it's far easier getting raids at higher levels if your in the right timezone. Unless you work shifts of course
