Looking for a valewalker template,

Requirements: weaponless - Gonna use it to solo so toys would be appreciated, but also viable to group +11 parry is a must

Hard class to template the right way temp Dvaerg posted is fine, don't let the 90 str knock you, you'll still hit hard if need be in melee (you'll likely be using grasping roots anyway to get range to cast while soloing) get yourself a cold legendary scythe made as your side chain + cold debuff = death. Best people to consult about vw's tho would be Bliizzard or Xaeraphus on postcount.

gogogo pro templates, either group or solo for everything but ranger - ranger is a luri bow ranger (not likely to be played though but i may consider with a sick temp)
