printing to file

I have some clients who are now requesting invoices via email. That's fine by me however:

I print headed paper with a .psd file from Photoshop, usually I knock out 50 or so a time.

I then use that headed paper to print an excel invoice out. The excel invoice does not contain my address or vat number, or other stuff - just the invoice basics.

So what can I do to print an excel invoice to a file, that merges the psd file? Is there something clever that can do it? And can it print to a pdf file?

Any reason why you can't use header/footer in excel? Just seems easiest way to go for that. But might be a reason not you.

\i guess the data for both can be pulled from the psd file.

Use a DTP program or Word or something and combine the 2 things together, then print to a PDF, is probably the easiest thing. I don't know of an app that will combine things post-print

Aye, as above - CutePDF is a nifty free util to print to a PDF too, ideal for this sort of thing.

CutePDF Pro will do this iirc, unfortunately I can't check as it's only on the box at work.
