I have only seen a couple of these rings for sale. First i saw, the guy wanted 75p or some hard to get artifact+encounter, second didn't even have a price.

It's a 70 utility ring and since it's not very common, i'd say 10p is rather cheap.
I'd buy it if i had 10p.

Well. did 5.10 with a group a while back and he dropped 2 of those rings. So wouldnt say it's very rare unless we were VERY lucky to get 2.. dont need more then 1 balanced group to do ml5.9-10
