they all have two charges on them also... this one has a 5.1 damage shield and a 75 value AF shield charges...

the dex/acu one has dex/qui and str/con charges so thats nice for a solo caster with no bot me thinks

and i would have given my right arm for the dex/acu cap one if i hadn't have found one already

immo is better, it dosent have dirty spirit resist on it
