Think its worth quite a bit. I know some guys who farmed Sililia for like 48 hours straight and only got one. So its fairly low droprate.
I'd say its worth around 15-25p. Depends on if the market wants it, thats also one of the reasons why some items isn't on CM. I know a few infils who love these on their char. So should be easy to sell.
