Its not more than ok for an alt tbh.
To make a good caster template you need either GOV or Nailah IMO. Because of spell range + spell dmg.

hmm ill give you like 100p for it on gorre well like cemi0 said, its not that good, most people go for the artis to get uber. lots of normal items lost value cause of the artis, so dont expect much
