whys it worth so much? the + heals?

cos i got a rog 2 handed hammer with +14% healing bonus if any interested


nvm its + buff not heals... but that confuses me more cos + buff is kinda worthless an the util on ring is poor so who the hell wud pay 50p just for9 dex cap? champ bracer gives u 8 dex cap and around 24 util...


the hammer is 14% healing tho im sure .... ill post stats in a tic

the buff bonus is useful for some aug healers, so is the pow % makes it a pretty nice item

no that ring is perfect for shamans and healers who want capped buffs, which should be all

as a shaman you dont want to switch items in middle of combat, and + to dexcap makes it alot easier to get utility items in the template, like winged helm, phoebus, zoarkat, egg etc
