nowadays good utility isn't that much worth anymore, u can get imbues on ur sc'ed stuff other stuff u put in needs at least some kind of cap or some %-bonus....
but still a very very nice jewel for those who can't decide on a good jewel (drop harpy feather charm get this one imo )

Wont fit in my template, put it in my SC proggy, it has 84 util, 4 higher than copper necklace, dunno if there are any other items with that high util.
