how much ya think this lil baby is worth? i know the power-cap is kinda silly on a LA but still.. 13dex and 3str cap is kinda nice

its still not very good comparable to other things people would use trying to make opted or semi-opted template, and that prevents them price from getting high imo! ( the power cap might be the most attractive thing about it )

edit: if healers can use it, it could be attractive for opted template maybe...i know its a bit hard for healers to get dex cap, and power cap on them is nice. but maybe healers is juts hammers? :<

and people tend to use only arti or lw weapons these days
