Hmm

I'd say nothing - most stealther temps have scalars/gov, epic legs, 3 or 4 skills to max plus open mainhand, the need for a load of hits, etc. etc. (or at least some of those) - this doesnt really leave alot of room for a low UV drop like this, crafted boots also add +3 LA after 1.85 and gives the possibility to get a decent proc instead of the dot on this one that is same type (and therefore wont stack) as a SBs own dot posion.

It does have 5 strcap and 40 hits cap but those are easy enough to obtain elsewhere.
