Pricecheck on -15% str/con proc Thruster

I would like to know if there is any intersst in a 3.8 spd mainhand thrusters
with +15 str, +4% thrust resists, +19 hits, +1 thrust skill, +24 dex AND a -15% str/con proc ( malice has a -25% and is slash )

Yah, i have it and yes it stacks - works same way as malice


**btw** It's 100% qu 100%con never been repaired or used since iam a slash minstrel - and i have no idea where i gotten it from either

/edit not 100% sure it stacks with entervating now - last time i tested this like a year ago, it did but according to martok it doesnt - gonna test it
