Prices on Excal ME bear out poster before. Anyway, you can't use ML9 leggings to generate the uber ML10 Cloak, which is the main point of gathering 3 ML10 items. It's a bit harder but astral items will fit into some decent templates. Also you can hand the ML10 leggings (and tunic and weapon) around to different toons to get the cloak on where and when its needed.

The ME prices arent what people really pay, take JC, 4 on excal CMs, lowest 2 weeks ago was 40p, now its 20p as no one was buying, because the sellers just guessed.

Most temps I have seen for hunters go for crafted legs, because every hunter item sends mellee resists OTT, think with one I saw 42 crush on it because the other gear all had +crush. With these legs you end up with too much stealth, as other items like som, gsv etc already send you to +11.

Think your price should reflect how fast you want to offload them.

Cool, can you tell me stats + other special things about that cloak? and is it 3 any ML10 items, or do u need some special ones?

ml10 cloack has a 3 buff shear, but imo som > ml10 cloack. yes i tried both,
the claock doesnt remove self buffs, and always seemed to remove base AF with 2 randoms (more often than not base con and str/dex) so uses were limited.

The ml10 spear is nice tho since the proc is chain lighting doing 50 dmg every second for about 10 seconds so anyone near the person gets poped too.

The legs are ok but the stats are shite making it a pain to fit into your template, specially when the ml9 equivalent has a 80 p heal proc. If you can fit it in great but i had to use very rare items to fit it in without losing stuff elsewhere
