Got one on 70%~ dur but even at 0% it shouldn't be affected. Might also have a one on 100% dur not sure.

So anyone know what it could be worth not after patch?

Ye, but there are still an ENORMOUS amount of them on the server. I have at least a couple moirai gems myself.
