main hand only.

I know the end regain thing is prized among stealthers(i want it in off hand for me NS anyway ) but this seems a tad too fast for bladeshades.

Couldnt find a piccy on allakhazam...only other versions of the weap.

Melee speed never has restrictions . Damage has.

You might want the arcanium flamespark dagger, 50% end regain proc. Might be usable in offhand too, Typhon drops it tho
