I'm 99% sure that the debuff stack with malice debuff proc, and that just make them even better

From what ive heard the debuff doesn't stack with malice, i have the pre patch legs so i couldn't tell you for sure.

As for price i sold a pair of those legs for 35p, pre patch ones are priceless though

but I can't see any reason why it shouldn't stack tho, when assasin Str/con debuff stack
