well some items are harder to get then others atm and that helm is one of the hard ones I'm sure loads of ppl will pay 5p... and I'm sure loads of ppl will pay way more atm

many people do not have the healm of rebirth in there template (due to the AOE proc), so i am not sure how much you should ask. If i needed it i would probably pay about 2-3p for it
