Difficult to put a price on something you aren't even selling. I'd say, purely hypothetically, it could go for 20-40p, maybe more. 11 str cap is very nice, and add the 6 con cap makes it a lot better. Only thing it's lacking is more utility imo.

and like 20-40p depending on the character who wants it (cash flow etc.)
