I`m not an expert for prices, but I think the problem with this item is, that it has to compete with an 80.0 utility item that´s basically for free. I can´t remember the last time I´ve seen a template without Ancient Copper Necklace. If this was another slot, gem or something, it might find some more interest.

It' a nice neckie but also has alot of competition I can think of 3 or 4 equally good neckies about - did you check CMs? It used to be relatively common on CMs due to people farming Moirai for her other items
