Whats the going rate on this? I have checked ME and there are 3 up for 40-50G but none of them are actually on the houses.

And today i found one on CM not listed on the ME for 3P..?

i was in a bracer farm grp a couple of days ago, so i guess the 5 people who got bracers bought up the scrolls once they got the bracer
