cant be much, the belt need str/dex cap instent of hit/con, to be more worth that it is now, and the price on it cant be any high, 1p or so. but i dont really know so try ask in game if you dont get forther info aboute it.

The name "Fadrin" indicates that a mob called Fadrin might drop this belt. The fact that this isn't called something like "Spiritbender", "Speedy", "Fortifying" etc etc indicates that it isn't a RoG. Now, we know it's not a RoG and it might drop from a mob called Fadrin, so one might guess it's qua97+ as most ToA named drops are. Besides the fact that it has 8con cap and 48hits cap, which are very common figures for stat cap increases on named drops, also indicates that this indeed is not a RoG. Same thing can be said about the charges.

Of course this is just something I think, but I have a strong feeling most of it might be correct. Don't ask so much, take a few moments to think about it and you'll find the answers in your own pool of wisdom
