not worth much i would guess... if it had +10 str cap it might be nice... but it dont

According to LOKI it's Utility: 47.0 and TOA Utility: 26.0 which isn't bad but it's not all that high to be honest.

Doesn't take away that it's quite good if you want to make a template for a chainwearer with capped con as it won't be hard to find the other 15 after this one. And the proc is quite nice as well.

But rogs don't sell so well I've found... so it might be better to use it in some template yourself Equador.
