well.. not that many thrust users that also has powerpool... however, scouts will prolly get that in DR...
if you are selling i wouldnt mind paying some plats for it...

I think the new spells will be more like RAs then spells with power pool as i doubt they want to impliment power pool for X nbr of classes

Classes that spec into a line that requires power will be provided a powerpool.

Classes that spec into a line but already have a power pool will be granted a larger powerpool then they currently had.
