How much this rare sheild worth, as I've never seen one the Market Explorer... Its a bit special also coz its a small sheild, but looks massive

or i should say not much for someone who cares what there character's stats over looks
Cus +parry is usefuless for a scout/minstrel
It also has +hits (which sucks on shields and weapons for scouts)

The shield might work for a solo pala... small shield is great for slam, slam, slam and nice dmg without loosing to much endu

Bad thing though is that in 24 of 25 cases in emain you will either walk around finding nothing but albs, or get pwned by a fg, or just simply meet a duo or more. Then you go Odins and try your luck, then you realize it's not really as great as ppl say and there's not really much soloers around there either, then you go HW and it's dead...

LOL realizing after i wrote it, it's become a WhInE....

Anyways.. i wouldn't pay much for it, as there is so many others that could be used instead at much better use

Would cost more if it would be a large shield (as it is in mid). But considering that Q mob can be soloed by a paladin + bb I'd say around 5p.

considering using it on my reaver, i solo 70% of the time, rest im in a duo or trio with rl friends.

Yeah I thought maybe Reaver, though then again I also thought any class with large shield ability would be giving up that advantage for the sake of good looks.

Just a gimik to have a large shield graphic for a small shield

Having +hits and +parry on a shield for a mins/scout are kinda useless, other characters that can use a medium/large shield would obviously want this as it blocks more mobs.

Considering a pally+bb can farm, cant be worth that much really.

But people pay what they are willing for strange items, personaly for me, wouldnt go over 1p

id never use a large shield on my reaver, i solo all the time... need fast slams altho thinking about it i should get a bigger shield for when half the SB population jumps me.

personally i think this shield (look S H I E L D ) looks fantasic, and I don't really care about the stats etc... and I know that its quite a rare drop as i have only seen 1 other of its kind in the realm on my adventures... rare items r00l

well..it can be farmed with ease (ML1 entery into the place) and also not one of the tough ones. As for rare, 2 dropped on my ML5 raid (both kills on it)

while it can be farmed by a pala + bb or whatever, qebehseneuf has an abysmally low drop rate for his named items (drops rog pretty much every kill tho ). I know someone who farmed him for his ring of dread and it took 60+ kills (with 20-30 min repop timer, so about 25-30 hours farmed). They did ofc get a few of his other drops too (got 2 of his leggings, think they got 1 shield too)..

Anyway, point is, while it can be farmed, it's a time consuming farming process, and that'll raise the price of the item up a bit..

Unfortunately there's numerous negatives to it, namely, it's a small shield, so really only for mincer's and scouts and clerics.. but it has +hits which is useless on a shield for both mincers and scouts, and has +parry and +shield which is no good for a cleric and also an offensive proc not reactive, again limiting which classes it's useful for... shame :

the shield is crap. even low quality :/ only good part is that it looks ubersexeh, so if i owned one, i'd deffo use it on my thidranki minstrul, to fool dem enemies

Edit: sorry, is a pricecheck not a opinioncheck, got carried away by all the other's pointless spam in my eyes its worth 2P, 3 topps, as its only for looks, nobody will buy looks for more than 3P(except yussef and hes likings ofc.)
