no i aint tested it yet. will do latr tonight .. it aint class specific. i know it is infil stats but any class can wear it afaik..

will get sum1 help me test it when i got time.

how do u mean blue? its a lvl50 item. so its yellow. if thats how u mean.

Afaik they drop in summoner hall, so that's why there aren't many around... ppl haven't explored PoC + new summoner's hall yet.

Hope to see some more ABS debuff items around, as that's one of the few new things in NF item-wise.

k tested it earlier today briefly.

it has a red con border (like lvl 50 spells)

tested it v a lvl50 armsman,,

with NO debuff i was hitting him for ussually 300-350 dmge(few 370's)
when i debuffed him with the charge . i was doiing 430-450 on him,


i didnt test it for to long was just a case of 4-5 duels , was a cple fights was hard to tell dmge difference because the dmge variation (when debuffed or not was to much to make a conclusion) but it does seem like a v nice charge to me.
