Its an ml10 bp. If a scout uses this its for the ml10 cloak (bp needs to remain equipped or cloak vanishes). The scout cloak has infinite charges (15min reuse, like an arti) of a random 3 buff sheer .. utterly owns. Has uv70+ too.

Think one sold the other night for ~25p Gorse.

still not meny will use it in there template (making the right person buy it for loads...) Besides..in NF i assume the +4% archery range/damage would be better than the buff removal?
Probley better off selling it to a Guild scout alt who owns the cloak.

Yup, sorry with NF due out going for sniper spec and template which would fit an artifact studded vest considerably better in my opinion, im sure someone out there ants it tho

the cloak is summoned from the bp/legs/weapon .. its not a drop.
