I'd say you'd be looking at 50 Plat + for that easily...it's worth that for the Int cap and Power Pool on it's own, never mind the fact it looks stunning

hardly, with this staff the most spell damage u can get in a template is like 6%?

Without putting it into a template application I have no way of knowing. I'm sure it must be possible to get more then that though.

Tis nice, but some of the DR items like someone said are quite nice too, and easy/free to get. Plus some of em look downright uber.

SO 8% if you want a gimp GOLM template

Well the Ml10 Slasher is very nice in merc templates as the mainhand blade with Malice as the offhand, its proc summons interupting pets which is ofc great in RvR. Alot of mercs would sell there soul for it etc

People don't bitch at them for selling there loot they won, they bitch if theres a rule not to sell the loot and someone does it anyway.
