Price Check Legendary cold 99% Con version slash mainhand

A friend got a Legendary cold 99% slash mainhand Constitution and he is thinking to sell it if he got a decent price....
As i know legendary con version weapons cannot produced any more...
So Checking price on it and depends of what he see will decide to sell

stats are :
constitution 28
heat 8%
cold 8%

dmg w/resist decrease cold 35%

Most people who use LWs switch them around actively, so the con versions are never preferable to the str versions as you don't want to be switching around an item with con or hits.
