There isnt any market for GSV as the others wrote, you need to solo go in there and pick up the vest to get credit. you kinda automaticly get the vest when you get credit

i got someone else to make encounter for me, i was grouped and outside the town as i was aggro to those bastards and the other one ran in and did the talking and handed in the wings.. and we got encounter and 1 vest..

I stand corrected then, sorry. I thought it was only solo encounter credit, and quite frankly I've never heard of anyone try to do it grouped before anyway. But if its been done before, its probably still working and the chest is more relevant. I dont know what price to put on it though, probably wouldnt be too much since the market is so low and the people tend to have to wait there for credit now anyway.
