pf @ saying zahur ring worths 30-35p.. theres 2 on pryd cms, one for 50p, other for 45p, thats the actual price, and its just going to raise as we're getting closer to no-toa patch, and scroll/arti prices will disappear, static items will be more expensive.

prices will actually go lower as many ppl with lots of plats already quit or quiting the game. Less money on the market --> lower prices
ppl noticing this and getting desperate to sell there gods so prices go even lower
soon u can fully toa and getting uber template under 100p

yea you can get a nice template in 100p total, but that will be because arties/scrolls wont cost anything, rest 98p is the crafting + static items..

and just think about it, if you dont have to spend 15p for gov arti + 1xp for scrolls, you'll have 25-30p more, so surely you want to get the best items, like 2 zahur ring, flowing antalya, just because you can buy them and get a lot better sc.

good point, but i believe it all depends on the community, if simply noone is going to sell a zahur ring lower than 40p even if there will be 30 of them on the cms, that will be the price of it.. who knows

then you just pm the ***** with overpriced items, say them that 30 rings for 40p on CM's apperently don't sell. Tell them something about economics, and you should get some plats off.

Cuz, Housing prices are like 100% overpriced.
