Artifact weapons are MUCH better, only very few weps out there that can beat em.

50 gold to /salvage.

Hits on a weapon are only useful if you don't have to switch it.
6% spirit resist is hardly good utility.

10 dex cap fine, but it's on a slash weapon, and dex cap is pretty much worthless to most slash users.
