played a little of the demo. Looks like its a deus ex wanna be. After playing hzd and wildlands and sniper elite the gfx look a bit simple. But i like the idea and will probably buy when i have time to play it.

Anyon else played the demo?

Its rare to get demos these days. Better than ndas on review copies. Refreshing

Will probably get it in the Steam sale at Xmas. Expecting a generic shooter but hope I am wrong.

Its got a good amount of specialisation in it so far that i have seen. How that is ultimately effecting the play donno.

From early footage it does actually look quite good after all. No flashing lights or arrows showing where enemies are, minimal HUD, no strangely glowing objects of interest. PC footage that I saw looks damn good in the pretties department and appears to give several nods to Half Life.

Will give it a few weeks after release to iron out any release issues and get it I think.

Edit, on PC ofc :)

This game is actually incredible. It does borrow heavily from the likes of Bioshock and Deus Ex etc, but that's hardly a bad thing.

Ok. Gets moved along and is fine for the situation. Hard to tell but the ending is ok form what i hear. Not got there yet.

Basically premis is that in 1950-60s something was found that they have been researching and material from these alien things have be used to mod human brains and give different skills / upgrades.

Alien things break out on research space station. Hero has to stop it somehow. While her brother wants to protect it / keep it kinda active.

Not ground breaking but the npcs move it along

Completed it after 25 hours. Got hit with a nasty glitch about 19 hours in but worked around it.

Good game :)

Good old fashioned narrative based shooter. Really enjoying it. I like how there are puzzles and little bonuses around the place if you spend the time in figuring out how to get at them. Ticking along at a solid 60fps too.

DLC has appeared for it today, meant to be a roguelite game trying to escape the Moon with changing maps and enemies each time. Downloading now, shall report back!

Enjoying it so far, only done one and a half playthrough of it but it's relatively short and you get different objectives and escape routes depending on which character you use. All the characters have different abilities/hp/psi pools too.

Very first room was nearly a disaster when I just waltzed in to be greeted by 5 boxes that immediately turned into mimics, some of them fire ones. Me and my trusty wrench survived though.
