Pre-order NA edition in SA (Mexico)?

As a Belgium living in Mexico I pre ordered the EU PO and CE (in Belgium,being ship via DHL, thanks Dad) so i can keep playing with my friends in the EU. But now that we get closer to release my (Mexican) wife is getting more and more interested in WAR. In order not to cross prime time game play I’m thinking to get her the US version (in Spanish if available, but English will do) So I’m wondering what the pre order options are in Mexico for the US version (other option is letting here play on Spanish server in EU, but that will cut into my own prime time game play....not acceptable :lol: )

So if IanC or MagnusK could help me out here or just give me a nudge in the right direction, as I don’t know who are there US counterparts.
