How I envy you; I went to a stag do in Prague a couple of years back and it was three of the best days of my life. The atmosphere, the cheap drink and the amazing titty bars. Superb.
I can't remember the exact places I went to (because I spent most of the three days pissed and licking the nipples of large titted, young eastern european strippers), but generally the mega cheap beer is in the side streets off Wenceslas Square and Old Town Square. The big bars and nightclubs are just as pricey as here if I remember rightly.
As a group of men, you will get absolutely hounded by touts (almost always black) trying to get you to go to bars and clubs on the promise of "free drink on entry" - I'd stay well clear of these people (they're quite aggresive), best to ignore or pretend to be talking on your phone - they move on quickly if they realise you're not interested. I've heard some nasty stories about guys going to clubs/bars like these on these false pretences and not getting out without paying up.
We kept it simple; go to a sports bar for some food and a few beers, then head to another couple of cheap bars then head to a strip joint. I wish I could remember the name, but these girls look like Monica Sweetheart or Michelle Wild .... and they let you touch anything. Unlike strip joints here, I was surprised when one of them came up to me and rubbed my bobby through my jeans (cue instant hardon). This was followed by kissing (christ they're good) and other touching and suggestive talk. I was expecting a troop of Russian soldiers to come through a door and kill me James Bond style but apparently it's all above board there. Obviously, they want to part as much money from you as possible so they suggest to go for private dances (they take your clothes off, lick your nipples, ram their boobs in your face) and for you to by them a drink. If you don't mind shelling out cash, they're loyal to you all night. Good for people of a narcissistic disposition like myself.
For the right price, i'm sure they'd let you fuck them.

A taxi driver also recommended Club Escade - we never got a chance to go but he really recommended it. I can't say if it's good or bad, but i'd have gone if I was there another night.
Don't kid yourself, take plenty cash; you're going for serious debauchery.

i stayed in new town when i was in prague but was easily able to walk up into old town for a night out! found it was cheaper to stay just outside the main old town area, also shop around for food and ask people, we had been going to a place which was relatively cheap but you didnt get much for it, moved onto another place and ive never eaten so well in my life!
dont really remember much of the bars tbh apart from theres some very stange characters, oh and theres a really odd strip joint underground near a bridge called Karluv something or other by the old town

well i was only there for a week and met two random brazillians who had missed a train to germany, a graduate who was travelling before starting his new job as a gin distiller, and the locals are slightly more mad, they speak both Czech and Slovakian so depending on who you talk to any attempts at speaking to them their response can depend on the way you say hello
(one or two were quite rude but most are very friendly)
oh and try and drink the local beer as its usually cheaper than the bigger czech brands (like staropramen)

I've been a few times as my mate is headmaster at an english school there. Stay away from the square when you eat and drink. If you do you will be paying a 1/4 of what you would on the square. Even if you only walk 20yrds away. Submerse yourself in the culture is the key!
Darlings is one of the main strip clubs iirc, some even guarantee 100gilrs per night Make sure you try the Absinthe, its comes hot in a tea cup served with a lump of sugar and a spoon, which u melt in, personally never had it served this way and wow way to get smashed.
It's a fantastic place, the architecture is stunning and so gothic. I've never been anywhere with such beautiful women so many 8/10's 9/10's me and my mates even debated seeing a 10/10
