Power levelers and...

The rest... If you dont have the time to be on 24/7 a day is there a change to survive?... Yes i think so, maybe in a small neutral guild or alone, depends what you want prever. One of my other character is is one of the greater guilds and leveling can be fast (12-22 in a few hours) but as a leecher you dont get any loot, silver, weapons or armor and if you dont have the time to play large amounts of time like me you will be behind the others in level what means hard to get in a group and without proper armor/weapons (lvl25 skald with lvl8 studded, an iron axe as main weapon, still his training axe as secondary weapon) its hard to solo. This is not the way i want to play on this server so i created a new character on a realm i dont have played before. With the time i have to play i decided to start a race/class what is perfect for soloing and i think i will stay unguilded to. But to survive you have to think abit forward, first you need enough funds to buy the right armor/weapons and to buy back lost con. Getting funds is hard in the beginning but there is a way to make it easier, starting a tradeskill, yes to equip yourself with good armor/weapons (depends on your tradeskill) and to gain funds (consigments) But you have to be very patient, doing tasks for your tradeskill master is boring and takes lots of time but i think this is a great part to survive later on, You are be abled to equip yourself with the best equipment availible for your level and you have funds enough to buy lost con back. I only hope the higher levels are busy enough to fight each other and leave the lower ones alone. I see allready alot of ppl leaving this server (its easier to log in at peak times) because they didnt prepare themselves the right way, everyone know this server is much harder then the regular servers but even soloers or ppl with less play time have a fair chance to have fun here. It depends a little on the power levelers, if they leave the lower ones alone it can be fun later on, offcourse they can destroy the server to but if they are smart enough thet dont do that because they destroy themself...

make a healer ^^
you dont need armor/weapon at all
and btw, taunt with training axe still works in pbae groups, you dont need yellow con weapon to be effective. as for armor, you will get one, at lvl 50 :p

At 50 you have nuff money even if youre leechin, always get some money... And most of the epics can be done solo and those which you cant, do in grps :)

Taking up a tradeskill is a very good advice.
I'm able to kit most of me guildies with armor now, plus that I got plenty enough cash to pay for any conloss I may get (60g and rising at level11).

Taking up a tradeskill is exactly what i did so i could solo effectively. As a sb i chose weapon crafting as i aim to make as much damage as possible in as short a time so 2 crafted high qua axes help me greatly in this. (have surprised a few higher con peeps. ;) ) Also with the profits from doin the craft tasks i had enough money left over to buy myself a nice set of armour and enchant everything with enough left over still after that for poisons and con loss (not that i get much con loss with all this nice equipment, haven't lost a 1v1 vs anythin lower than red con yet, the fact i stealth and pick my fights is prolly one of the reasons for this tho :p )
Took me ages to get my skill up, but it's well worth the effort and i plan on keepin it up so i can always make myself weapons. Once you've tried crafted...you can never go back. ;)

Wont last long, because type 9 and 10 materials can only be bought at one of the three support keeps (DC, Beno, Bled).
Maybe you could climb in with a high stealth skill, but most crafters can't.
