lvl/2+1 afaik (26 or 27 at lvl 50 i think)
+power is pretty useless for casters, you can't get enough +pow to give you one extra DD at 50

That really sux.
Had hopes it would be along the lines of the +hits cap, at which point it might have proved quite useful, atleast during exping.

Costs shitloads of imbue points aswell.
