Power Cap issues

I am using Korts SC prg ver 1.42 for making temp. When adding Power Cap iO Only see an increase in Power Point (18 is standard) and not Power Percentage (25 is standard), but when reading on ingame items is says that it aplies to BOTH Pow Points and Percentage. So my question is if i have +5 Power Cap i can have
18 + 5 = 23 points AND 25 + 5 = 30 % in power ?

bump Knatte just presses MoC then [nearest target] , Spec Nuke, Spec nuke, Spec nuke for 30 sec then whine for 3 min about being interupted My little stlong duo partner
